The Juris Doctor Program requires that the applicant have
either an Associate’s Degree, a Bachelor’s Degree or have
completed a minimum of 60 semester units or 90 quarter units of college
credit in substantive subjects that are acceptable towards a
Bachelor’s Degree.
Applicants may also qualify to enter the Juris Doctor Program
by providing an official report of passing the (College Level
Examination Program) A.K.A. the
(CLEP) equivalency test for those who have
not completed the required units of acceptable course work.
To qualify through the equivalency test, a student must take
and achieve a minimum score of 500 in the English portion of
the examination and must pass with a minimum score of at least
430 in only two of the following four subjects: History,
Humanities, Mathematics or Natural Sciences. For further

We do not administer, prepare or
provide study material for (CLEP), but Sample Online Practice
Exams are provided free of charge for those who are interested
in preparing for (CLEP) by going to
4Tests.com.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Mail the
completed admissions
(Application) with the accompanying
application fee to
the Administrative Office. Applicants who are accepted must
provide two copies of official transcripts by requesting that
each college on their application send one certified copy to
us at the Administration Office address and one certified copy
to the: Committee of Bar Examiners, 1149 S. Hill Street,
4th. Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90015.

Completion of eighty-four
units of coursework over a four-year period is required to
graduate and attain a Juris Doctorate Degree. The estimated total
cost to complete the Juris Doctorate Program at the present rate
of tuition, fees, books and supplies is $33,700. Tuition and
fees are subject to change with reasonable notice to students.
FINANCIAL AID
VETERANS BENEFITS: This institution has applied to the U.S.
State Department of Veterans Affairs, thus allowing veteran students
to
receive tuition assistance from the Veterans Benefits
Administration. For further information, please contact
the Office of Admissions.
STUDENT LOANS: The law school has been approved to participate
in long-term, private student loans.
After completed enrollment, those students may utilize this educational loan program, which
offers students favorable terms and affordable payments.
Students can send the loan
(Application) via U.S. mail,
however,
the law school is not
affiliated with any lending institutions and does not have any
say in the student loan approval process, therefore it is the
students sole responsibility
to procure any such needed financial assistance.

GENERAL BAR EXAMINATION
After successful completion of the Juris Doctorate Program,
graduate bar candidates will be required to take and pass the
General Bar Examination for admission to the Bar and to practice law.
L.S.A.T. REQUIREMENT,
(Law School Aptitude Test)
The Law School
does not
require applicants to provide proof of taking the LSAT test, the LSAT
examination is not a requirement to apply.
TRANSFER STUDENTS
The maximum credit this university will accept in transfer
from another institution for the Juris Doctorate Program is 40
units. Students who desire to transfer to this University must
provide an official transcript and a letter of standing from
the Dean of the previous law school. If the student was
academically disqualified from the previous law school,
applicants may include a written personal statement regarding
any previous unusual circumstances or other reasons why the
student believes they currently have the potential to
successfully complete the Juris Doctor Program. All requests
will be considered.
ESL APPLICANTS,
(English As A Second Language)
Instruction and course materials are in the English language
and applicants must be proficient in English. The school does
not provide language services. Students are encouraged to take
the (Test of English as a Foreign Language) A.K.A.
(TOEFL), and achieve a score
of 600 to ensure adequate fluency for study in this program.

RECOGNITION
Applicants
who have studied abroad and have received credit or diplomas
from non-US. institutions must have
their qualifications evaluated to be assured they meet the
required minimum applicable pre-legal credits required as
eligibility towards the Juris
Doctorate Program. The applicant will need to contact
one of the following Credential
Evaluation Services and have the resulted evaluation sent to
our Administrative Office prior to enrollment.
